باحث مغربي يعتبر الأدباء الروس من أسياد الحقيقة على مر العصور؛ فقد أنتجوا لنا أعمالا أدبية يخلدها التاريخ، وتتميز رواياتهم الضخمة بوصف الإنسان والمجتمع بأدق التفاصيل؛ من خلال الغوص بعمق في جذور الذات الإنسانية، وكما يعتبر جنس الرواية من الأجناس الأدبية التي يوليها الأدباء الروس أهمية جادة ومسؤولة، ومقدسة أحيانا أخرى. “لم يعرف الأدب الروسي طريقه إلى العالم الغربي حتى النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر، عندما تناهت – لأول مرة إلى أسماع أوروبا وأمريكا أسماء: “ترجنيف” و”تولستوي” و”دوستوفيسكي” و”جوجول”. وعلى حد تعبير بضع النقاد الفرنسيين فقد بدأ الأمر كما لو كان غزوا. كما اتسم الأمر بطابع المفاجأة، وقد كان ظهور مثل هذا العدد من الكتاب الذي انظم اليهم فيما بعد “تشيكوف” و”جوكي” و”بونين” وآخرون – كان ظهورهم المفاجئ من ظلمة الطغيان والبربرية الروسية البارة أمرا محيرا للكثيرين. ورغم أن الأدب الروسي كان آخر الوافدين إلى جمهورية الأدب، فقد كان يبدو ظاهرة ذات نشوء تلقائي، مجهولة الوادين والأسلاف[1]. ويعتبر الأديب والروائي “انطون تشيكوف” اليوم من أهم كتاب روسيا وأعمقهم تأثيرا، ولد في عام 1860 في تاجا نروج على بحر أزوف، ابن صاحب حانوت صغير، وحفيد أحد عبيد الأرض ، توفي في عام 1904، بعد صراع طويل مع مرض السل، رثى على أنه خسارة قومية فادحة[2]. اشتهر بكتاباته الروائية المسرحية وقصصه القصيرة، كتاباته تتسم بمزاجية المسرح، دائما ما يبرز النفسية الداخلية للشخصيات التي يؤلفها سواء بقصصه القصيرة أم بمسرحياته، عرف روسيا جيدا، وملأ صفحات رواياته وقصصه ومسرحياته بممثلين لكل دروب المجتمع، من الفلاحين إلى النبلاء. تمت ترجمة أعماله إلى العديد من اللغات من ضمنها اللغة العربية، وتحولت العديد من رواياته ومسرحياته وقصصه إلى عروض مسرحية وأعمال سينمائية وتلفزيونية خالدة. لم يكن أنطون تشيكوف مجرد انعكاس لعهد من العهود، فقد تناول بعض ثوابت الطبيعة البشرية، تتميز مؤلفاته بنوع من اللاجدوى الاجتماعية، واللاجدوى الإنسانية، لأفراد من المجتمع سحقتهم ظروف الحياة، وحل بهم البؤس والانهيار الطبقي وخيبات الأمل، وأفسدهم القدر، وجردهم فساد الأنظمة السياسية من صفاتهم الانسانية. وكما تتميز أعماله برسم ملامح أفراد نمطيين حكم عليهم بروتين يومي من العمل المتكرر والترفيه الآلي، وجردهم غباء الانسان وقسوة حاله من صفاتهم الانسانية، في ظل فقدان الفردية، والافتقار إلى التفاهم والأصالة في العلاقات الإنسانية[3]. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، نبذه في أغلب أعماله الأدبية بمختلف أجناسها -التصنع والمباهاة، وكراهية الخطاب المتعالي؛ من خلال تجريد شخصياته من المين والأكاذيب، وعرضها في جوهرها؛ فاضحا بذلك الأوهام والخداع. ولما كان تشيكوف واحدا من هؤلاء الأفراد الذين عانوا من قسوة تلك الظروف – فقد كلف نفسه مهمة تخليدها في رواية “العنبر رقم 6″، والتنفس من خلالها، والرمي بأحزانه وخيباته عل الورق. في مجتمع يجد فيه المفكر الصادق والمسؤول نفسه في السجن أو مستشفى المجانين أو رميه قسرا في القبر، “الأوغاد ينعمون والشرفاء يتعذبون”. فكما يشير العنوان، تدور أحداث هذه الرواية في(عنبر) زنزانة بمستشفى للأمراض العقلية، يطلق عليها اسم “العنبر رقم 6″، مستشفى ريفي، سيء التنظيم، شديد القذارة، يعيش فيه حوالي خمسة وعشرون مريضا عقليا، عيشة تغلب عليها الفوضى، إذ لا يعتني بهم سوى حارس واحد، قاس وعنيف، لا يتورع في كل مرة في ضرب المرضى؛ حين يثورون أو تحل بواحد منهم أزمة نفسية حادة. في أحد الأيام، وعلى سبيل الصدفة، مر الدكتور “أندريه أفيمفيتش”، طبيب شاب يتولى مسؤولية المشفى. فرأى الحارس “نكيتا” يعنف أحد المجانين فقام بتوبيخه وتحذيره بعدم تكرار مثل هذه الأفعال مع المرضى؛ كتعبير عن عدم رضاه عن أوضاع أهل بلده، ولا يخفي شعوره بغيضة ومرارة كبيرتين؛ بالنظر لهؤلاء المرضى، والظروف القاسية التي عاشوها، ولا يزالون. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فهو طبيب لم يعد يؤمن بفاعلية الطب؛ المستشفيات تستقبل في اليوم حوالي ثلاثين مريضا، وفي الغد أربعين، وهكذا يوما بعد يوم، وعاما بعد عام، ومع ذلك لا يقل معدل الوفيات. فهل من المعقول أن يقدم طبيب واحد، وبضعة مساعدين، مساعدة جدية لحوالي أربعين مريضا، في فترة ما بين الصباح والظهر؟ “يجد الانسان نفسه منغمسا في ممارسة الخداع، فإن استقبال مئة وعشرين ألفا منالمرضى في العام، يعني ببساطة استغفال مائة وعشرين ألف انسان في العام. ثم لماذانمنع الناس من أن يموتوا، إذا كان الموت هو النهاية الطبيعية للإنسان؟ وما الفائدة منمد حياة تاجر أو موظف خمس أو عشر سنوات؟ وإذا اعتبرنا أن هدف الدواء هوتخفيف حدة الألم، يقفز إلى الذهن السؤال التالي: ولم نخففها؟ أولا: يقال إن الآلامتساعد الانسان على بلوغ الكمال، وثانيا: إذا تعلمت الانسانية فعلا أن تخفف آلامهابالحبوب والنقط، فإنها ستهمل الدين والفلسفة تماما، لأنها للآن تجد فيهما بلسما لكلالمصائب، بل وتجد فيهما السعادة”.[4] وكذلك فهو لا يخفي لأي كان، شعوره بالحزن والقلق الدائمين، لخلو مدينته من أولئك الذين يجيدون ويحبون الحوار الشيق الذكي. والافتقار للكتاب والمفكرين والفلاسفة، واعتباره أن من يدعون الفكر والثقافة، مستوى نضجهم لا يرتفع عن مستوى الطبقات السفلى. “إنك تعلم بنفسك أن كل شيء في هذا العالم منحل تافه إلا النتاج الروحي السامي للعقل الانساني. فالعقل يضع حدا فاصلا بين الحيوان والانسان بل يرمز إلى ألوهية الأخير، ويعتبر إلى حد ما بديلا للحياة الأبدية التي لا نتمتع بها، ونتيجة لذلك يكون العقل هو المصدر الوحيد المتاح للتمتع بالحياة، وحولنا لا يوجد العقل، ولا نراه ولا نسمع عنه شيئا – ولذلك نحن محرومون من المتعة، صحيح نحن نملك الكتب ولكنها لا تغني عن الحوار، وإذا سمحت لي أن أستعير تشبيها ليس دقيقا تماما، فإني أقول إن الكتب هي النوتة الموسيقية أما الحوار فهو الغناء”[5]. في ظل هذه الظروف، وفي عصبية وقلق دائم، تعرف الطبيب على أحد المرضى، مريض ذكي جدا، إنسان واعي ومسؤول، له نصيب من الفلسفة، مطلع على أحوال العالم –” إنه يجيد المناقشة والحوار، كما أنه يهتم بما يجدر الاهتمام به” [6]مريض يعاني من عقدة الاضطهاد؛ من بين أسباب دخوله إلى مشفى المجانين، هو أنه في صبيحة أحد الأيام صادف مرور هذا المريض الذي يدعى “ايفان ديمترتش جروموف” في الشارع سجينين مقيدين، يحرسهم أربعة رجال شرطة مسلحين، أثر عليه ذلك تأثيرا كبيرا، وسبب له قلق نفسي حاد؛ على إثر ذلك لم يستطع مساء لا القراءة ولا الكتابة ولا التركيز ولا النوم، لقد كان يعلم أنه لم يقترف ذنبا، وكان متأكد – أنه – في المستقبل – لن يقتل أو يحرق أو يسرق، ظل يفكر أنه من الممكن أن يقبض عليه وأن توضع القيود في يديه وأن يقاد إلى السجن، ولتحاول بعد ذلك أن تبحث عن العدل والحماية في مدينته الصغيرة القذرة، في ظل الفساد السياسي والقضائي القائم. ” ظل يفكر أنه من الممكن أن يرتكب المرء جرما بدون قصد وبالصدفة؟ والتهمةالملفقة؟ وأخيرا الغلطة القضائية أليس هذا ممكنا؟ ألا يقول المثل الشعبي ” ياما فيالسجن مظاليم؟” إن الغلطة القضائية في ظل نظام القضاء الحالي ممكنة جدا. إنأولئك الناس الذين ينظرون لآلام الغير نظرة عمل مثل القضاة ورجال الشرطة والأطباءقد أنساهم التعود حتى أصبحوا لا يستطيعون النظر إلى عملائهم نظرة غير شكلية حتىلو رغبوا في عكس ذلك. ومن تلك الناحية لا فرق بينهم وبين الجزار الذي يذبح الخرافوالعجول غير عابئ بالدم. وفي ظل تلك النظرة الشكلية إلى الشخص، لكي يحرمالانسان من حقوقه ويحكم عليه بالنفي، يحتاج القاضي إلى شيء واحد فقط..الوقت.الوقت الكافي للقيام ببعض الاجراءات الروتينية التي يقبض عنها القاضي مرتبه. وبعدذلك ينتهي كل شيء”.[7] هذا التفكير الطويل، أصابه بوسواس واضطراب نفسي حاذ؛ تم نقله على إثره إلى مشفى المجانين (العنبر رقم 6). يدور بينه وبين الطبيب حوار يعكس مدى وعيهما وعبقرتيهما وتفكيرهما المنطقي، في تحليل الواقع الذي يعيشون فيه، من انتشار للفساد في هذا المجتمع المتآكل الذي ينعم فيه الأوغاد ويتعذب ويهمش فيه الشرفاء، فيخاطب الطبيب مريضه قائلا: “أنت تتساءل: ماالعمل؟ إن أفضل شيء في رأيك هو أن تهرب من هنا، لكن. إنك لا تستطيع أن تهزمالمجتمع، عندما يحمي نفسه من المجرمين والمجانين، وكل من يسببون له المشاكل،وبذلك لا يبقى لك إلا حل واحد هو أن تقنع نفسك بأن وجودك هنا ضروري”[8]. المريض:أجل، أنا مريض، لكن هناك عشرات بل المئات من المجانين يتجولون طلقاء، ذلك لأن جهلكم لا يجعلكم تستطيعون تمييزهم عن الأصحاء، فلماذا أسجن أنا وهؤلاء المساكين نيابة عن كل المجانين، مثل كبش فداء؟[9] الطبيب:فبما أن السجون ومستشفيات المجانين موجودة فلابد لأحد ما أن يشغلها، إن لم تكن أنت فأنا، وإن لم أكن أنا فغيري[10]. وهكذا بعد التعارف الأول، وبعد أن يكتشف كل منها الأخر؛ يصبحان صديقان، ويصبح في وسع الطبيب منذ ذلك الحين أن يمضي في المستشفى ويتجاذب أطراف الحديث مع صديقه المريض، فيخوضان في مساجلات وحوارات متشبعة تطول أوضاعهما والأوضاع العامة في البلاد. فيقوم الطبيب بمواساة مريضه والترويح عنه بقوله: فلتنتظر إلى أن يجيء الوقت الذي لن تكون فيه سجون ولا مستشفيات مجانين، وعندئذ لن يكون هناك قضبان ولا قمصان مجانين، وإن عاجلا أم آجلا سيجيئ هذا الوقت، وسوف يبتسم المريض مدعيا الفرح بشكل مسرحي تمثيلي، وسوف يرد عليه الطبيب فائلا: “ إني لا أجد سببللفرح، صحيح سيجيئ الوقت الذي تختفي فيه السجون ومستشفيات المجانين،وسيرتفع – كما قلت– علم الحق والصدق، ولكن مضمون الأشياء لن يتغير وستظل قوانين الطبيعة كما هي، والانسان سيظل يمرض ويهرم ويموت كما هو الحال الآن،ومهما أضاءت الأنوار حياتك ففي النهاية ستوضع في تابوت ويقذف بك في حفرة”[11]. المريض: والحياة الأبدية؟ الطبيب: لا داعي للحديث في ذلك. المريض: أنت لا تؤمن – أما أنا فمؤمن. لقد قيل على لسان أحد أبطال دوستويفسكي أو فولتير – لا أذكر – أنه لو لم يكن هناك إله لاخترعه الناس، وأنا أومن بعمق أنه لو لم تكن هناك حياة أبدية، فإن العقل الإنساني سيخترعها إن عاجلا أو آجلا[12]. عندما يذهب الطبيب إلى منزله مساءا، يذهب مباشرة إلى مكتبه، وينهمك في القراءة والكتابة، ولا يعكر أي صوت صفو المساء أو الليل، ويكاد الزمن أن يتوقف ويسكن مع الطبيب المنكب على كتابه، وكأنه لا يوجد شيء في العام كله إلا هذا الكتاب، وذلك المصباح ذو الزجاجة الزرقاء. ويقول الطبيب في نفسه: “فلماذا لا يتمتع الانسان بالحياة الأبدية، لم وجدت مراكز الإحساس والتفكير في مخ الانسان، ولم وجدت حاسة النظر، والقدرة على التعبير، ولم وجد الشعور، ولم وجدت العبقرية إذا كان مقدرا لكل هذا في نهاية المطاف أن يدفن فيالأرض، ثم يبرد مع القشرة الأرضية، ويدور لملايين السنين مع الكرة الأرضية حولالشمس بلا معنى أو هدف؟ فلا داعي لأن يؤتى بالإنسان من العدم ليبرد ثم يدور معالأرض، هذا الانسان الذي يتمتع بعقل سام شبه إلهي، يؤتى به ليحول إلى طين، إن ذلكأشبه بنكتة[13]. ويضيف أن المادة لا تفنى ولا تستحدث، لكن من الجبن أن يرضى الانسان بهذه الأبدية الحقيرة، إن هذه العمليات الطبيعية العفوية لأقل مرتبة حتى من الغباء الانساني؛ لأن الغباء يحتوي على معرفة وإرادة، أما تلك العمليات فلا تحتوي على شيء. إن الجبان فقط الذي يفوق خوفه من الموت اعتزازه بنفسه – هو الذي سيستطيع أن يهدئ من روع نفسه بأن جسده سيظل يحيى في نبتة أو حجرا أو ضفدع…”إن الانسان إذا اعتبر أنه أبدي لمجرد أن جسده كمادة لا يفنى مثله مثل من يتوقع مستقبلا رائعا لصندوق كمان جيد بعد أن يتحطم هذا الكمان”[14]. وفي الصباح يلتقي الطبيب مع صديقه المريض، ويدخلا من جديد في سجال ونقاش فلسفي عميق، وسيحاول الطبيب مواساة مريضه، وينعته بأنه إنسان مفكر ومتمعن، وأيا كانت الظروف فإنه سيستطيع أن يجد الهدوء داخل ذاته، ويعتبر أن التفكير الحر العميق، والتفهم الدقيق لأحداث العالم الغبية لأسمى متعة للإنسان، وأنه يستطيع الحصول عليها حتى إذا كان مقيدا وراء ثلاثة جدران، ويعطي مثالا بالفيلسوف ديوجينوس (فيلسوف يوناني 323-404 ق.م. تجنب العالم وقضى الجزء الأكبر من حياته في برميل، ويقال أنه كان يحمل مشعلا بالنهار، للبحث عن انسان يستحق ما تعنيه هذه الكلمة). الطبيب :لا فرق بين غرفة مكتب مريحة دافئة وبين هذا العنبر، فالإنسان يجد الهدوء والراحة داخل ذاته لا خارجها. المريض: كيفذلك؟ الطبيب: إن الانسان العادي هو الذي يتوقع الخير والشر من خارج ذاته أي من عربة أو غرفة مكتب مثلا، أما الانسان المفكر فيجد كل شيء داخل ذاته. المريض: اذهب وانشر فلسفتك هذه في اليونان حيث الجو دافئ معبأ برائحة الزهور، أما هنا فالطقس لا يناسبها، لم يكن “ديوجينوس” في حاجة إلى غرفة مكتب أو إلى بيت دافئ فالجو في اليونان حار. فليرقد في البرميل وليأكل البرتقال والزيتون، أما لو كان يعيش في روسيا لجرى بحثا عن مسكن دافئ في مايو لا في ديسمبر وإلا لتجمد من البرد.[15] الطبيب: لا لست على حق، إن الانسان يستطيع ألا يشعر بالبرد أو بأي ألم أخر. لقد قال مارك أفريل ( 121-180م)، امبراطور وفيلسوف روماني: “الألم هو تصور حي للألم، فلتستخدم قوة ارادتك لتغيير هذا التصور، ولتتخلصمنه، ولتمتنع عن الشكوى، حينئذ سيختفي الألم”[16]. في إحدى الليالي يمر بجانبهما مساعد الطبيب، متفاجئا بنقاش الطبيب والمجنون؛ فيستنتج من هذا أن رئيسه صار مجنونا بدوره، إذ هل يمكن أن يتحدث إلى مجنون سوى مجنون مثله؟ وسوف ينقل مساعد الطبيب الخبر إلى الإدارة، التي بدورها سيكون موقفها، ورد فعلها مشابها لموقف الطبيب، لربما الفترة التي يقضيها الطبيب مع المجانين في العنبر، من الصباح إلى المساء، وأحيانا أخرى، نومه في العنبر بالقرب منهم – جعلته يصاب بعدوى الجنون. عند استفسار الإدارة الطبيب عن الأمر، والتشكيك في صحته العقلية، جعل ذلك الطبيب يقدم استقالته، وبعد محاولة الطبيب تبرير ذلك بأن ليس كل المرضى مصابين بالجنون، بل منهم من هو ذكي وعبقري، مستدلا بصديقه الذي ضبط من قبل مساعده وهو في نقاش مستفيض معه، لكن لم ينتهي الأمر حد الاستقالة، بل تم إيداع الطبيب بالعنبر رقم 6، هذه المرة ليس كطبيب بل كمجنون، إذ “لا يمكن لشخص أن يتحدث بالعقل والحجة، وتحديدا مع مريض مجنون”. ومرت الأيام، وفي احدى الليالي أبدى الطبيب رغبته في الخروج من العنبر؛ لاستنشاق بعض الهواء النقي، فطلب من الحارس “نكيتا” (الحارس القاسي الذي كان الطبيب ينهره ويعاقبه مرارا بسبب تعذيبه ومعاقبته القاسية للمرضى) – وبعد رفض الحارس ذلك، ودخوله في مشادات كلامية مع الطبيب، فاجئه الحارس بضربة قوية على رأسه، أردته قتيلا بسبب داء قديم كان يعاني منه. بهذه الخاتمة التراجيدية، من العنبر رقم 6، يعكس “أنطون تشيكوف” وجهة نظره في كون المصير الذي ينتظر كل إنسان عاقل ومثقف، صادق ومسؤول، في غالب الأحيان السجن أو مستشفى المجانين أو رميه قسرا القبر. المراجع
