الثورة الإيرانية عام 1979، سعت إيران لإيجاد مداخيل إستراتيجية حيال محيطها الإقليمي القريب منها مذهبيًا، وذلك من أجل ربطه سياسيًا وأمنيًا بعجلة إستراتيجيتها الإقليمية، فبعد أطروحة تصدير الثورة والدفاع عن المستضعفين، أخذت أطروحة الدفاع عن المقدسات تجد لها مكانًا في العقلية السياسية الشيعية المستهدفة، وتحديدًا في العراق وسوريا، اللتين كانتا القاعدة الرئيسية التي طبقت فيها هذه الأطروحة. فمن أجل حماية الثورة الإسلامية في إيران من التهديدات الداخلية والخارجية، عمد الخميني إلى تشكيل حرس الثورة الإسلامية، وأوكل إليه مهمة الحفاظ على نظام الجمهورية الإسلامية من الانهيار، وكما جاء في الدستور الإيراني “حماية الحكم الإسلامي الوليد ونشر أهدافه في الخارج”، وقد نفّذ الحرس الثوري هذه المهمة بل وتجاوزها، حيث تحولت مهمته في الداخل من حماية النظام إلى مساندة فئات وتيارات سياسية بعينها على حساب فئات وتيارات أخرى شاركت في الثورة، ووصل به الأمر إلى التدخل في الانتخابات الرئاسية والبرلمانية لصالح المحافظين واليمين الديني المتشدد وذلك منذ التسعينيات، كل ذلك يأتي في إطار أمننة النظام السياسي الإيراني من التهديدات المحتملة. الدعم الإيراني للجماعات المسلحة في الشرق الأوسط “السنية والشيعية”، قد يلغي الصفة الطائفية أو المذهبية لسياسة إيران، ولكن من جهة أخرى تكون المكاسب المتحققة أفضل من اقتصار الدعم على جماعات “شيعية” بعينها إن المذهبية الإيرانية تلعب دورًا مؤثرًا في توجيه الحركة الإيرانية داخليًا وخارجيًا، فالبُعد الهوياتي والفئوي الشيعي يطرح نفسه كمحدد في الإستراتيجية الإيرانية، فرغم عدم إبراز الهوية المذهبية في السياسة الإيرانية، فإن الأفعال الإيرانية الخارجية غالبًا ما تكشف عن طبيعة الإستراتيجية المتبعة، فإيران قد تمارس سياسة طائفية ومذهبية مع دولة (السعودية مثلًا)، ولكنها من ناحية أخرى تمارس سياسة انفتاحية براغماتية مع دولة أخرى (فنزويلا مثلًا)، وبالتالي يمكن القول إن إيران تستخدم الخطاب السياسي الإسلامي ضمن الدوائر التي تراها مناسبة، وتبرز فيها الهوية الشيعية بجلاء. فحتى عندما تتحرك السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية ضمن أطر طائفية مذهبية، فإنها في الوقت نفسه تسعى إلى تحقيق مكاسب عملية على أرض الواقع، فالدعم الإيراني للجماعات المسلحة في الشرق الأوسط “السنية والشيعية”، قد يلغي الصفة الطائفية أو المذهبية لسياسة إيران، ولكن من جهة أخرى تكون المكاسب المتحققة أفضل من اقتصار الدعم على جماعات “شيعية” بعينها. وبالمجمل فإن المستفيد الوحيد هو إيران، ففي الوقت الذي لا تنظر فيه إيران إلى نفسها على أنها متغير مذهبي في المنطقة، إلا أنها في الوقت نفسه لم تشفع لها العلاقات التي نسجتها مع العديد من الدول “السنية”، ففي حين تعطي للدبلوماسية مجالًا واسعًا لتمهيد العلاقات مع هذه الدول، تعمل على الجانب الآخر إلى توظيف الحركات والفعاليات الاجتماعية في هذه الدول ضد أنظمتها السياسية، وهو الأمر الذي أضفى على السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية صبغة مذهبية لا لبس فيها، وأثار سخط دول الجوار وساهم في تصلُّب ميولها الطائفية. أعلن الحرس الثوري الإيراني تشكيل ميليشيات “مدافعو الحرم”، في مايو 2013، في تجمع كبير تجاوز 10 آلاف من قوات التعبئة الإسلامية (الباسيج) في “استاديوم شيرودي” بطهران، معلنين توجههم إلى سوريا دفاعًا عن المراقد الشيعية والجولان إن أطروحة الدفاع عن المقدسات وجدت مجالًا واسعًا للتطبيق في الإستراتيجية الإقليمية الإيرانية بالاستناد إلى الأفكار المطروحة أعلاه، فمنذ اندلاع الأزمة السورية عام 2011، حشدت إيران كل قدراتها العسكرية في الاتجاه الذي يخدم مشروعها السياسي والإستراتيجي في سوريا كمرحلة أولى والعراق في مراحل أخرى، ووفرت لها التجاوزات التي قام بها تنظيم داعش على بعض المقامات الشيعية في سوريا والعراق، أن توظف موضوع الدفاع عن المقدسات توظيفًا أمنيًا يخدم إستراتيجيتها العسكرية هناك. فقد استطاعت البروباغندا العسكرية الإيرانية إقناع الرأي العام الشيعي في أفغانستان وباكستان والعراق وسوريا ولبنان واليمن والبحرين وغيرها من الأقليات الشيعية الموجودة في المنطقة، بأن الصراع الحاليّ هو صراع ضد الشيعة ومقدساتهم، وبالتالي لا بد من التصدي لهذا التهديد الوجودي الذي يهدد الوجود الشيعي، وذلك من خلال تشكيل مليشيات عسكرية مسلحة مهمتها حماية المقدسات الشيعية الموجودة في سوريا والعراق، التي تبلورت في مراحل لاحقة تحت عنوان “مدافعو الحرم”. إذ أعلن الحرس الثوري الإيراني تشكيل ميليشيات “مدافعو الحرم”، في مايو 2013، في تجمع كبير تجاوز 10 آلاف من قوات التعبئة الإسلامية (الباسيج) في “استاديوم شيرودي” بطهران، معلنين توجههم إلى سوريا دفاعًا عن المراقد الشيعية والجولان. يعد الحرس الثوري الإيراني المؤسس الرئيس لـ”مدافعو الحرم” بعدما ضم عشرات الآلاف من قوات التعبئة الإسلامية (الباسيج) إليهم تتكون مليشيات “مدافعو الحرم” من جنسيات مختلفة إيرانية وأفغانية وعراقية وسورية، إلا أن غالبيتها الساحقة من جنسيات لبنانية وعراقية، ويعد الجيش الفاطمي أو لواء الفاطميين وهي “مجموعات شيعية أفغانية تقاتل إلى جانب قوات الأسد منذ سنوات”، من أهم المجموعات التأسيسية التي شاركت في تأسيس مليشيا “مدافعو الحرم”. يليها مجموعة من حزب الله اللبناني وأيضًا حزب الله السوري ومنظمة بدر ولواء أبو الفضل العباس وفيلق القدس وكتائب حزب الله العراقي وكتائب زينب وكتائب لواء ذو الفقار وعصائب أهل الحق وكتائب الإمام علي وسرايا السلام وسرايا الخراساني وكتائب سيد الشهداء وحركة النجباء. ويعد الحرس الثوري الإيراني المؤسس الرئيس لـ“مدافعو الحرم” بعدما ضم عشرات الآلاف من قوات التعبئة الإسلامية (الباسيج) إليهم، فقال الفريق حسين همداني، وهو من قادة قوات الحرس، قبل مقتله بسوريا: “اليوم ينتظر 130 ألف مقاتل مدرب من قوة “الباسيج” للدخول إلى سوريا، اليوم نحارب في سوريا من أجل مصالحنا”، مشيرًا إلى أن “قوات الحرس تحارب بتنظيم مكون من 42 مجموعة و128 كتيبة”. ولإعطاء موضوع الدفاع عن المقدسات بعد مؤمن وربطه بسياسة الأمن القومي الإيراني، دأبت التصريحات الرسمية الصادرة عن المسؤولين الإيرانيين بالتأكيد على القيمة الأمنية العليا للمقدسات الشيعية، فأشاد المرشد الإيراني علي الخامنئي بتضحيات المجاهدين الشهداء من مدافعي الحرم، مؤكدًا أنه لو لم يكن هناك من يقدم هذه التضحيات لما عمت محبة الإمام الحسين، وارتفعت في الدنيا كما الآن، وأشار إلى أن ما قام به مدافعو حرم أهل البيت، يشبه ما فعلته بعض الشخصيات خلال الحكم العباسي، ومنعت تدمير مدفن سيد الشهداء. وخاطب عائلات القتلى قائلًا: “لولا تضحيات أبنائكم لكان العدو اقترب من مقام الإمام الحسين وقصف كربلاء بالمدفعية، لكن هؤلاء الشباب قدموا التضحيات للحفاظ على الإسلام والمسلمين”، مثنيًا على “جهادهم في سبيل الله، دون تحفيز من أي جهة”، مردفًا “في أيام الحرب المفروضة، كان الإمام الخميني يصدر الأوامر ويوصي الناس، لكن الوضع اليوم مختلف، فشبابكم نهضوا من أنفسهم للدفاع عن البلاد”. تتحدث الصحافة الإيرانية عن نشاط للحرس الثوري في ست جبهات، هي: العراق وسوريا ولبنان وفلسطين وأفغانستان واليمن، وفيما تعمَّدت إيران نشر صور لقادة الحرس الثوري في سوريا والعراق، لم يحدث ما يماثل ذلك في الجبهات الأخرى بعد أن كانت الصحافة الإيرانية تتعمد تجاهل الخسائر في سوريا، بدأت تنشر تغطيات مكثفة عن القادة القتلى من الحرس ومن يُطلق عليهم “مُدافِعو الحرم”، وتقابل أسرهم وتعدِّد مزاياهم، وبدأ المسؤولون الإيرانيون يزورون عائلاتهم وينشرون صورًا مع أطفالهم وزوجاتهم وهُنَّ يمجدن ما فعله الأزواج القتلى، ولقيت أسرهم اهتمامًا ورعاية مرشد الثورة الإسلامية، ولوحظ أن جُلَّ هذه العائلات كانوا من الأفغان المقيمين في إيران، الذين يقاتل أبناؤهم في تنظيم “فاطميون”. وضمن ما يقدِّمه خامنئي، يقول “هذه العائلات لها دَيْنٌ في عنق الإيرانيين جميعًا، فقد قاتل أبناؤهم دفاعًا عن حريم آل البيت في سوريا والعراق، وواجهوا أعداء إيران في الخارج، ودون هذه المواجهة، كان يمكن لهؤلاء الأعداء أن يدخلوا إيران، وإن لم يقفوا في وجههم، فإن إيران كانت مجبرة على محاربتهم في كرمنشاه وهمدان وبقية المدن الإيرانية، هؤلاء “الشهداء” قدموا أرواحهم دفاعًا عن إيران والإيرانيين والثورة الإسلامية، وفوق ذلك فقد ماتوا غرباء”. وتتحدث الصحافة الإيرانية عن نشاط للحرس الثوري في ست جبهات هي: العراق وسوريا ولبنان وفلسطين وأفغانستان واليمن، وفيما تعمَّدت إيران نشر صور لقادة الحرس الثوري في سوريا والعراق، لم يحدث ما يماثل سوريا بـ16 ألف جندي، فضلًا عن أن إيران تسيطر على 60 ألف شيعيّ من ميليشيات متعددة الجنسيات تقاتل في سوريا. بالمجمل يمكن القول إن ظاهرة الميلشيات والدفاع عن المقدسات تحتاج في بعض جوانبها إلى قراءتها ضمن أدبيات الجهة القائمة عليها، خصوصًا أنها جاءت ضمن ظروف تاريخية مرت بها إيران إضافة إلى حزب الله ذي الهيكل الإداري المستقل الذي يعتقد أنه يملك 10 آلاف جندي، يمكن القول إن بداية تأسيس فيلق “فاطميون” الأفغاني تعود إلى بداية الحرب العراقيّة الإيرانيّة عام 1980، فهو امتداد لفيلق “أبو ذر”، يوم جنّد الحرس الثوري الإيراني المئات من المقاتلين الأفغان للقتال في صفوفه، مستغلًا وجود الملايين منهم كلاجئين على أرضه، نتيجة الغزو السوفياتي لأفغانستان في ديسمبر عام 1979، لكن مراجعة لعدد من المقابلات مع قادة للواء ومسؤولين عنه نشرت في الإعلام الإيراني، تؤشر بشكل واضح أن فيلق “فاطميون” ليس امتدادًا لفيلق “أبو ذر”، لكن عددًا من قادته لعبوا دورًا في بناء “فاطميون”، ويشترك كلاهما في وجود بُعد عقائدي واضح ممن “آمنوا بثورة الخميني، وانخرط كثير منهم في القتال طوعًا”، ويستخدم قادة “فاطميون” قاموس الأدبيات نفسه الذي يستخدمه الحرس الثوري، من حيث “محاربة التكفيريين” و”حماية حرم آل البيت” و”الاستضعاف والاستكبار”. بالمجمل يمكن القول إن ظاهرة الميلشيات والدفاع عن المقدسات تحتاج في بعض جوانبها إلى قراءتها ضمن أدبيات الجهة القائمة عليها، خصوصًا أنها جاءت ضمن ظروف تاريخية مرت بها إيران التي خضعت لعملية أمننة معمقة، سخرت لأجلها كل مقدرات الدولة الإيرانية وأنتجت واقعًا إقليميًا فوضويًا، نتيجة للسلوكيات المذهبية الإيرانية، ولذلك لا يمكن فهمها دون إدراجها في “الوظائف المقدسة” التي مُنحت للحرس الثوري، ضمن مقتضيات الوجود في سوريا والعراق، وغيرها من الساحات، بصورة تجعل هذا التشكيل الثوري يتجاوز كونه “حرس الثورة” الذي جاء لحماية الثورة، ليصبح في واحد من هذه الوظائف “حرس الإمام المنتظر”، وحاميًا للشيعة ومقدساتهم خارج حدود إيران، وهو أيضًا واحد من أدوات إيران لبناء المركزية الشيعية – الإيرانية، من خلال
